Community Room and Kitchen Area

(1206 sq. feet- Lounge Area, 120 sq. feet- Kitchen)

This space offers a full state of the art kitchen with a six burner gas stove, oven, and all stainless steel appliances including a large refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes a movable island counter top for easy preparation and presentation of food and beverages.

The lounge area off of the kitchen offers the option of various table and chair arrangements for your event and a living space around a large flat screen television with several couches.

This area can also include the Mpanya Room for additional event space and seating.

Mpanya Room

(255 sq. feet)

This space can be enclosed by a removable wall and is perfect for small group meetings. Tables and chairs can be arranged to fit needs of the event.

Rec Room as Meeting Space

(340 sq. feet)

This space serves on a daily basis as the workout area and recreation space for our residents, but it is also available for small meetings with requested table and chair set-up. The equipment within the Rec Room is not available for non-resident use.
